I was having a chat with my tutor about my work and we got talking about animals being tattood which i thought would be cool to look into formy project and maybe also exstend my project with this but never did i ever think it would be something that people actually do its just wrong but i found a blog where someone had written about it, its just wierddddd...

So basically they sedate these animals just so they can be tattood, i don't thinks its right. Personally. 

 

This is my favourite of the drawings i've done so far it took me long enought to do lol but i'm really pleased with it, so i'm excited about this project :)

More Tattoo....

I've started with the drawing etc but i don't know what to do with the background so i havent added anything to this image as i dont want to ruin it so i will do others on another page and photoshop them together.

New Project

The start of my new project im basing it around tattoos and body modification mostly tattoos though right now im not sure what i want the outcome to be or how or what i want people to get from it, probably just a reflection or change of heart about tattoos but i dont know yet. But also i wanted this project to be more about me really and i wanted to chalange myself as i like to avoid drawing people as i hate it and i get frustrated so i'm going to spend more time oneach drawing instead of rushing as it turns out crap if i rush.

Poster 3 with the dripping bp sign just havent added to text

I felt something was slightly missing from the one before, like it wasnt dramatic enough so i added a pelican skeleton to it think it looks better.

Poster 2. same writing just different picture and layout, i'm not sure about the colours or if it works so i think i will edit this one.

So "making the gulf of mexico breath again" is my slogan for the charity and also the oil covered pelican is my logo.

With the stuff i have in my sketchbook i decided to make some posters to go with a "pretend" website. i wanted to make the website but i havent got the fogiest idea how to and i dont think i have enough to put on it anyway so heres the first poster i've made.

 

Summer Project

But i was thinking about making a mock up charity website for the victims of the bp oil spill such as the fisherman and others who have been put out of business but i don't know how to make a website :S so i will think about it more. 
So i'm unsure about what my final outcome will be but i am going to do a couple of big illustrations to show what damage the oil spill has done.

 

Mind Block...

I have been sitting at this table for 3 hours! with my sketchbook open and i have done nothing, i dont seem to know what to do :( but i've got loads to do :S

Summer Project

Summer Project; Something in the current political, environmental etc issues... i chose to base my project on the BP oil spill and the effects this disaster is having on the environment and the economy in the Gulf of Mexico...
